American Latino Expedition
The 2014 @American_Latino Expedition to Grand Teton National Park was an absolute blast and everyone who participated can’t stop talking about it! Scroll down the page to get to know our bloggers and social media superstars, and be sure to read our blog (which will continue to be updated throughout National Hispanic Heritage Month) to experience all the incredible #ALEx14 adventures. Also, we’re still sharing memories and upcoming travels using the #ALEx14 hashtag on social media – engage with us there too!
The Expedition is a public education and awareness campaign designed to connect YOU to America’s national parks and bring the national parks to American Latino and multicultural communities everywhere.
Earlier this summer, we put out a call for dedicated bloggers, dynamic social media personalities, and overall influencers to apply. From September 7-12, ALHF and the National Park Foundation — with support from the National Park Service and our partners Go RVing, Aramark, REI, and Columbia Sportswear — took our winners on an incredible journey through one of our country’s magnificent national parks.
